Level 2 - Strength


This is a 12-Week Progressive Strength Program that can be preformed with The Home Golf Fitness Package, a set of mini-bands, and yoga mat. If you have access to dumbbells and a bench there are options for them as well.

  • Three Progressive 4-Week Phases of Workouts (2, 3, or 4 day a week options)
